INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and subscription of property located within Emerald Haven (“the Estate”), developed and managed by Meritabode Nigeria Limited (“the Company”).

Emerald Haven is a smart Estate and as such, our aim is to create a connected, efficient and sustainable living environment by integrating technology and smart system into various aspect of the estate’s infrastructure, management and resident experience.

ELIGIBILITY

All prospective buyers must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract.

The Company reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any buyer.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE

Buyers may subscribe to a property by completing and submitting the official application form provided by the Company.

A subscription shall only be considered valid upon payment of the initial deposit.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Buyers may opt for one of the following payment plans:

  • ​Outright Payment Plan: This is the total purchase price of the property, inclusive of any applicable taxes, incidental charges and any other fees, payment shall be clearly stated in the Sale Agreement.
  • Monthly Instalments: There are 3Months, 6months and 12 Months Instalment payment plan.
    All installment payments shall be made on or before the due date indicated in the payment schedule provided upon subscription.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payments may be made via bank transfer, direct deposit, cheque (subject to clearance), or other modes as approved by the Company.
​A payment receipt shall be issued by the Company upon confirmation of each transaction.
